WHAT WE DO

We offer a range of effective, caring physical therapy and rehabilitative services to get you back to life.

ORTHOPEDICS

Patients suffering from injuries, inflammation or illnesses affecting bones, joints, muscle, tendons or ligaments can benefit from the skilled services of a physical therapist.

POST-OP REHAB

If you've recently had a surgery such as total knee or hip replacement, rotator cuff repair or spinal fusion, our therapists can get you on the road to recovery with active rehab treatments.

ATHLETES

Athletes get hurt. Our physiotherapists are here to help with a range of state-of-the-art injury rehab techniques.

MANUAL THERAPY

A clinical approach utilizing hands-on techniques like musculo-skeletal manipulation and mobilization. Increases range of motion and muscle function. Decreases pain and soft-tissue inflammation.

GUNN IMS

Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) is a total system for the diagnosis and treatment of myofascial and chronic pain conditions. The treatment, which utilizes thin monofilament needles, specifically targets injured muscles that have contracted and become shortened from distress.

PELVIC HEALTH

Our pelvic health specialist can assess the strength and functionality of the pelvic muscles, treating incontinence, prolapse and pelvic pain.

VESTIBULAR REHAB

A specialized treatment protocol to relieve dizziness, unsteadiness, vertigo and nausea caused by disorders affecting the inner ear. Vestibular conditions can be caused by head trauma, ear infections, stroke and brain injuries.

RETURN-TO-WORK

Our therapists treat injured workers (WorkSafeBC) and clients involved in motor vehicle accidents.

NEURO CARE

We provide therapies for our clients with ongoing neurological care needs, including stroke rehabilitation and our Parkinson's exercise program.

EXERCISE THERAPY

As experts in movement and conditioning, physical therapists are the ideal professionals to promote, guide, prescribe and manage your exercise plan.

CONCUSSION MANAGEMENT

Our physical therapists with specialized training can assess and treat the symptoms of acute concussion and post-concussive syndrome (PCS) through vision therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, exercise and modification of daily activities.

SHOCKWAVE

Shockwave therapy or extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWT) is a non-invasive treatment that involves the propagation of high-energy acoustic waves that are directly applied to an injury site.
